Reaching People. Changing Lives.
Getting the message of hope and help to individuals and families who would benefit from our services is an important part of what we do at Bay Cove. We are dedicated to increasing the general public's awareness of and access to the services we offer in their community. That's why we're active in civic/neighborhood groups, trade associations and rotary clubs and it's why we participate in community events. We value opportunities to partner with our neighbors, faith-based institutions, law enforcement and other human service providers. Bay Cove recognizes how essential partnerships and synergies are when seeking to deliver the most effective resources to the individuals we serve.
Bay Cove is a comprehensive human services agency. We support little children with developmental delay; adolescents requiring a structured and therapeutic learning environment; individuals and families with mental illness, developmental disabilities or addiction disorders, and seniors who strive to maintain their highest level of independence.
It takes all of our programs, a highly skilled and diverse workforce and advocates like you to make a difference in the lives of the more than 20,000 individuals and families served by Bay Cove each year.
For the 2,000 employees at Bay Cove, "Reaching People-Changing Lives" is much more than a tagline. It's what we strive to accomplish with each individual supported by our services.
